These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our Sky Trails platform, real-time weather integration services, air traffic flow management solutions, drone route optimisation tools, aviation data analytics, and operational consultancy services. By accessing or using our online platform or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Definitions

• "Services" refers to all products and services offered by Horizon Air Services Ltd., including but not limited to custom flight planning software (Sky Trails), real-time weather integration, air traffic flow management, drone route optimisation, aviation data analytics, and operational consultancy.

• "Platform" refers to our Sky Trails platform and any other online systems or interfaces provided by the Company for accessing our Services.

2. Use of Services

Our services are designed to provide advanced aerospace technology and aviation support. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge that all flight planning and operational decisions remain your sole responsibility, and our tools and data are provided as aids, not as definitive operational directives.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activities that occur under your account.
• You agree not to use our Services to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

• You acknowledge that real-time data, such as weather and air traffic information, is subject to delays and inaccuracies inherent in data transmission and collection, and should be cross-referenced with official sources.

All content, features, and functionality on our online platform, including but not limited to the Sky Trails software, designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are the exclusive property of Horizon Air Services Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your internal business or personal use, as applicable, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our platform, without the prior written consent of Horizon Air Services Ltd.
